There are different versions of the test floating around online, I tried to choose one that wasn't too awfully tedious and long. If anyone finds that sort of thing interesting or amusing, feel free to find a more thorough version.

One of my recommended job choices is "4. College Professor". Public speaking is the stuff of nightmares for me.

I took this test years ago, and just took it again for the fun of it. It came back the same. INFP.

I worked for a Fortune 500 company that was big on this stuff. After we took the test, there was a group discussion of the results. The woman from the consulting firm came to me. "John, John, John, you poor twisted soul..."

What bliss to be retired and away from the young management gurus who used to run week long courses on this stuff!

The bad news is I fit the profile. The good news is I didn't need shock treatment to fit the profile.

I'm INFP with extroverted intuitions, an Idealist. It fits spookily in many ways, but not my career choices, and I've been very content with that for 30 years

    I'm an NSFW.

I've taken the MBP test several times over the past 40 years or so and every time the result was different.

I've taken it twice in the last.....8 years? The second to see if it was different. It wasn't. When I have time later I'm going to test it again.
