Since this song is an instrumental, you might say the entire thing is a "solo". I never fail to get a lump in my throat when I hear it.

Don't know why but the Comfortably Numb solo doesn't move me at all. Sounds assembled, clinical. Of course, they're all assembled in a sense.

A couple that immediately spring to mind. The solo to fade out in I Can't Tell You Why. The first solo in Fooled Around and Fell In Love.

I like to play the entire song "Memories" from the musical CATS as a guitar solo. The ladies love it...a good one to slow things down around the 11th hour.
