    Definitely a Klein rip off. Also reminisent of those Ovation battle axe guitars - Breadwinner and Deacon I think. They were designed to be comfortable when played while sitting...

    Looks very similar to an Ovation Breadwinner that I had some 25 years ago. Didn't go much on the shape, but it was brilliant for country rhythm guitar, could get a nice acoustic sound thru' a twin reverb......:lol:
