There are a number of ‘tweed’ sounds.

Tweed Sound means I like it.

This. Just sticking with the final generations of "tweed" amps, a 5F1 Champ doesn't sound like a 5E3 Deluxe doesn't sound anything like a 5F6A Bassman or 5F8A Twin-Amp, and there's a huge variety of other models in between.

I honestly can't think of worse or more poorly conceived methods for conveying sound than vague words or crap recordings/playback. It's easy to find a tweed to try, and even easier to find one to listen to, live. That's what a tweed -- or, really, that specific tweed -- sounds like.

Blues Jr isnt tweed sound .. think 5e3 , 5f1 or 5f6a ... out of the bunch I think that the holy grail of tweed is the 5e3 Fender Tweed deluxe ...
