I'd like to commission one featuring Boris.
The sound hole would be the centre piece. And real gut strings...

That's bizarre. Union flag. EU flag. George Washington wearing cans. I don't know what statement it's trying to make. And nearly three grand? Bonkers.

That looks like the kind of picture you'd find on a Walmart brand t-shirt

So who exactly is the target audience here?
Why would a Brit want George Washington (in a modern suit no less) on their guitar?
Why would American give enough of a **** about Brexit to shell out almost $3K for it?

Plus...it's not even a remotely funny joke.

Who ever thought of this should be fired simply for stupidity and poor taste.

I don't like it but I do apreciate the multi layered irony.

My idea of Martin as a classic company putting out classy, tastefully designed quality guitars just got a hit here. :(

Yes, that's an expensive Martin guitar in my avatar.

It doesn't even make sense, which is its greatest sin.

Now if they asked 39 billion for it, we'd get the joke this side of the pond.

Can someone take a stab at explaining it. I got nothing.

Is this a production model or a custom job for some odd individual?

Belongs on a T Shirt, not a Martin guitar.

I think it's a rather clumsy attempt to champion freedom. I like freedom, but that is awkward.

This 14-fret Dreadnought art guitar is crafted with satin-finished sycamore back and sides, which provide clear and transparent overtones with a punchy response. It includes a Sitka spruce gloss top for balanced tone and projection and a high-performance neck taper for ease of playability up and down the fretboard. The top is printed with playful, custom Brexit-themed artwork by Robert F. Goetzl. This model is fitted with Fishman® Matrix VT Enhance electronics. Strung with Authentic Acoustic Lifespan® 2.0 light gauge strings.
