Brent Hutto, why has my purchase of two guitar cases angered you? 🤣
Because that stupid Fender case just showed back up on Amazon and then you bought two cases and now I feel like I'm two behind and maybe I haven't avoided anything.

I'm so mad I could hit myself. Or maybe buy a case I don't need, that would show me, wouldn't it. 🤪

Line 6 HX Stomp used in a local website for sale at a good price.
It would work as a good preamp for my dual source acoustics but there's too much going on at home at the moment to go down the editing rabbit hole.

A Bullet HT strat, red one no longer made, super cheap.

It was for local pickup only in a city my friend goes to every week. I didn't tell him until after I met with him, maybe could have gotten it earlier, but it sold.

I played a white one in a shop once and I really like those pickups. I don't have a strat that actually sounds good.

But that was a close one, I'm glad I missed out on it because I don't need another guitar.

Guitar Center sells Squier Bullet Stratocaster HT for around US$250 normally but occasionally run it on sale for under US$200.

I played a red one in the local GC store a year ago and *almost* bought it as my first electric guitar. I went with a Schecter instead but wish I'd gone with the Bullet. Pickups seemed pretty decent to me.

I love me some hardtail Strat. Body shape is kickin' but I don't see the appeal of whammy bars and all that.

There's a red Ibanez that's similar except for the output jack and you can put the pickups in series, but it's not as cheap.

Yes I have the yellow AZES31 as my travel guitar. Being an Ibanez, the fit and finish is a little better than that Squier was. I think either of them would’ve worked fine for inexpensive travel guitar purpose but I picked up the Ibanez up for $255 with a coupon code of some sort which seem like a pretty good value for the money.

I don't think it was within 48 hours, but I had a G&L guitar in my cart for a recent MF Stupid Deal, but then reminded myself that if I buy it, then the personal achievement reward ES-339 I am buying in June will have to say Epiphone in it instead of Gibson. I think I dodged a BB...

Narrowly avoided? Nothing.

I did see this on-line recently, and it made me stop and go "Hmmmmm...".

Saturday I was seriously tempted by a Strymon Flint. I already have a good reverb pedal (boing) and a 6g15 reverb unit that’s bigger than my champ. The Flint demo sounds really good though…..

Every couple days Amazon posts another Used-Like New "Fender Deluxe Molder [sic] Strat/Tele Case" for $187.50 and they are probably going to wear me down pretty soon now. But still NOT buying for now...
