A pile. Sliced potatoes,onions minced, cut up sausage egg and cheese...toast.
My breakfast consisted of a pork roll sandwich
Fry pork roll
Toast English muffin
Fry a couple eggs
Yellow American cheese
Put pork roll on half muffin with egg on top and then cheese and cap it of with the other half of muffin to make a sandwich
Pork roll is one of New Jersey’s best products and should be known nationally
Coffee.....first off,and then oatmeal with strawberries then a fried egg with sharp cheese on a corn tortilla.
Two eggs over medium, two sausage patties and two cups of coffee.
8 oz glass of water
2 small slices of rye toast with a thin layer no-sugar-added blueberry jam
2 cups of strong black coffee (no sugar)

My usual: almond butter and apricot jelly sandwich on toast and black coffee.
I've had a heart valve replaced so I eat lightly. Every day I have a piece of fruit, ( a peach this morning). a softly boiled egg on toast and a cuppa black tea ( no sugar). Am gradually losing weight Used to be 95 Kgs.c 109 Lbs.

I was out of cereal this morning, so I had 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and honey. And a slug of milk to wash it down.

Fruit smoothie with orange juice, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, almond butter and raw beets.
Exactly and anyway real musicians don't get out of bed before noon.
