    My breakfast consisted of a pork roll sandwich

    Fry pork roll
    Toast English muffin
    Fry a couple eggs
    Yellow American cheese

    Put pork roll on half muffin with egg on top and then cheese and cap it of with the other half of muffin to make a sandwich

    Pork roll is one of New Jersey’s best products and should be known nationally

    Coffee.....first off,and then oatmeal with strawberries then a fried egg with sharp cheese on a corn tortilla.

    8 oz glass of water
    an orange
    2 small slices of rye toast with a thin layer no-sugar-added blueberry jam
    2 cups of strong black coffee (no sugar)

    pretty standard for Sunday, 2 eggs over easy, some bacon heated up from Saturday, couple pieces of toast, blue berries, and coffee

    Amara Ethiopian out of the Ayehu station, roasted to just the start of second crack yesterday...

    and a donut.

    Just your average everyday regular 'donut' donut, not one of those cork sniffed gourmet things...

    I've had a heart valve replaced so I eat lightly. Every day I have a piece of fruit, ( a peach this morning). a softly boiled egg on toast and a cuppa black tea ( no sugar). Am gradually losing weight Used to be 95 Kgs.c 109 Lbs.
