Coffee. Likely not good for my diabetes so this regimen will be changing soon. If I eat in the morning I'm starving by what used to be coffee time at work so I ate then, and then I ate lunch. This way I can go straight to lunch without indulging so much. Good for me, bad for me, who knows? We're all different.

Talk about shame. Breakfast was 2 pieces of Thanksgiving cheese cake.

Coffee, and then before dawn I nibbled some leftover turkey leg.

A few minutes ago I made a sausage biscuit sandwich, with mayo and cheddar jack cheese.

    :)

    1. Medium roast Costa Rican coffee beans ground and brewed in the kitchen.
    2. Homemade cranberry bread with some orange sauce on top.
    3. Difficult task to stop so I can keep wearing same size pants all winter and appreciate more coffee or tea mid-day.

Coffee and sweet roll.....my usual. I got some fresh ciabatta rolls for today's lunch at my moms. I'll have one tomorrow for breakfast if any leftover. Very much like an English muffin.

    I'm too familiar with both!
    Now that's a breakfast!
I have a buddy, Ed O'Brien, who's mom ( now passed) used to make her own Irish Cream and gave me ( many years ago) a few amazing bottles.
Potent, delicious- an occasional weakness for me!
