Strats. I love the look and feel but they just sound 'thin' to my ear. Here's hoping the next one will do the trick...

I have too many Teles but I don't care and if I ever find "the One" I hope I can buy it.

And I was not trying to shill for you. I was genuinely curious about the cost of these guitars, since they are so often discussed here and I've never actually seem one in real life. Thanks for the info!

Oh, I know that, and you may notice that they are "so often discussed here" mostly because I keep bringing them up in related posts....LOL!!!
    Screenshot_20200628-214228~2.png

The standard model 100's that were offered by Eastwood were normally priced at $1249 unless reduced for a 'fire sale' or something. The trem models were a bit more. Used prices for standard model 100's seem to bottom at around $750 and go up from there.

    LOL...

Mrs. Peegoo, after seeing you carry guitar after guitar into the living room to pile in front of the fireplace: "What in the... Oh, he ain't gonna light 'em on... Oh wait. I remember the last time. Another TDPRI thread requiring pictures. Psh... "

It'll bring what it brings, it's not like Leo's telecaster though.

I'll include a COA document with it, but it may be just a note on a sheet of typing paper, written with crayons...that would be cool!

I have way too many of guitar projects. I was gifted a cheap Les Paul kit, I have a Warmoth super strat torn apart to be painted, a cheap strat style that was converted to fretless (and sorely needs its frets back), a partscaster that needs a new pickguard, and an Epiphone LP special that is midway through a refinish on the neck.

Once I found the Vintera 50's modified Tele it became urgent to finish and SELL all of these guitars to fund the Tele purchase. That will reduce me down to a Gibson SG Special, an Ibanez RG8, a Squier P-bass, and [hopefully] the Vintera 50's modified Tele for electrics. There might be one more 8-string in my future, but with a bass upgrade I could stop at those four guitars and be done.

EDIT: I committed a major sin of omission. I really would like to have something with a P-90 in it; a junior, a special, or a cabronita tele would suffice. My heart says "need", my wallet, brain, and wife say "want".

Also, there's a whole passel of acoustic instruments I would like to acquire.

    Cheers!

I cannot take full credit for the design. I borrowed the body shape from Nashville player and wacky guitar builder George Bradfute:

Too much??? Did you fall and hit your head? No such thing. If I can find a place to keep it there is always room for one more.
I've been looking for an Elite Tele to add to my flock of Teles. Had one and traded it off and wish I had another one. I'm still in medical hold waiting on a neck surgery but that hasn't throttled my desire for more guitars. :)

I am the KING of the Gibson Advanced Jumbo shape and derivatives thereof. You can never have too many AJs.

    Second would be, surprise, Telecasters.

    Third would be dreadnoughts.

    In fourth, Les Pauls.

And last, the 000. They’re really small. But I do have one Martin 000.

If you have a nice herd of Telecasters and AJs, you’re in pretty good shape.

I've got 6 LPs or variants. 7 Teles or variants.

The LPs/variants have P-90s, mini-hums, coil taps, different necks. The Teles have benders, trems, different pickups, etc.

Different guitars have different features, different necks, different feel. It's a lot of the 'same' guitars with very little redundancy.

I spent the morning pulling them all out and looking. I think I'm actually deficient in some.

Acoustic/electrics. D'Angelico, 2 Epiphones, Ovation, Gretsch, Martin w/ aftermarket sound hole pickup. None was more than $800.00 and most were 3-400. I should sell them all and get a +2000.00 Martin, or Taylor. I love them all, but I can't play any of them enough to justify having them all.

Two Les Pauls but they are different. One is a 16 Trad with 57 Classics. The other is a 19 Standard with P90s. They do have being heavyweights in common though

I have one acoustic, one bass, one classical, and four electrics. I may sell two electrics, but I may not.

In any event, I have SAGS: Seldom Acquire Guitars Syndrome.
