Mine is the name of an imaginary monster made up by my son aged 6. He's now at university, doesn't time fly!

Nope. Your last name is McFudd. I have proof. Here's a picture of you and I when you were the bass player in my band "The Wascally Wabbits." IMG_0893.JPG

Mine's a reference to an expression I use frequently when describing working with difficult people: pigeon chess.

For username purposes, pidgeon with a "d" is my preference.

Why not? Apparently my father liked the name. I have always been disappointed that they changed the spelling.

We are "gun people" without a doubt - all have served in the military, worked in law enforcement, hunt, etc. You'd be hard pressed to find anybody in the history of my family, male or female, unarmed. I have my great, great grandfather, Preacher Robert's revolver and my grandmother's revolver, downstairs in the gun safe.

Thanks for that. I was genuinely curious and that's a great answer. Hope I didn't offend you.

Why the English Bren gun? Are you English? (Again I'm just nosing round now)

Ben is my name, dyha are the articulations of my middle and surname initials D & H. In Germany, "H" is pronounced "Ha" rather than "Haitch".

Mine's just my name with middle initial. Sounds a bit like a well known make of guitar though. I've never owned one and have only a tiny amount of GAS for one.
