What does Punk mean to you?

for a lot of the seventies punks it was about taking pride in being a low life that didn't fit in, and then the musical subculture became the more common usage of the word and the meaning shifted.

 

i get the impression the first wave knew what it meant and were into it because it was antisocial.

 

i enjoy this band.

punk means a place where i feel less alienated.
