Probably exist. It makes perfect sense that "beings" exist in some sort of capacity that are simply beyond the scope of what humans, as an organism, will ever be capable of comprehending.

Because they exist in that capacity, we will never interact with or interpret thier existence on any level whatsoever. The things we think are "extra dimensional " are not. They're other things, nominally imagined.
Operating on another scope of reality, where nothing seems familiar enough to even seem alien to us, if we could perceive it (which we never will be able to). They'd only be relatable to us and our laws of physics in a passing sense, like "we have things in space that are bright , round, destructive and emit matter that is compressed to a singularity at an alarming rate ".

So, as a theory, yes. But in any way that matters, not something that needs thought on.

The multiverse is a serious hypothesis in quantum theory. It might be true. You are right that travel between universes is just a science fictional trope at the moment. Also in current particle theory, there are more dimensions than four, though some are very tiny and folded. (My son is a physicist.)
"Dimension" as the term is often used in Sci-fi is not really a synonym for multiverse but they have been swept into the same cinematic bucket.

On the topic of multiverse, that is a concept that, in my opinion, has been making recent Marvel movies nearly unwatchable.

As a real scientific hypothesis it is a bit of a stretch. I don't have a problem with imaginative thinking but there has been a lot of hyperbole made of it. For example; "if there are an infinite number of universes then it is only a matter of time before there is one that is an exact duplicate of ours." I'm not sure that is really sound reasoning and way way way beyond our ability to test and validate.

Interesting topic but doesn't really address the OP's question, or the spirit of his question. (See how I snuck the word "spirit" in there?!)

I am reminded of the first law of metaphysics, nothing unreal exists.

I think it is possible that vaporous life forms may exist. They travel and can be detected and corroborated by more than one of the five senses. I create one every time someone pulls my finger. The proof is the reaction expressed by others around the room. I call it the seance of doom.

I place into the same group as Aliens, Bigfoot, ghosts, etc. I don't know if they exist and I don't care one bit, because it changes nothing for me.

Seriously, if they came and told me that a space ship landed and aliens walked out the side, I still have to get up tomorrow and go to work. I still have some laundry to do. I still have to get my car's oil changed.

I am just a big picture kind of guy.

Well, depending on what they do after exiting the vehicle, you might actually have a whole 'nother set of concerns the next day...

Is a matter of probability…
I AM a multi-dimensional being! My dimensions have been multiplying a lot over the last few years…

I probably answered this question better in one of the other multi-verses.

Not only does my wife think I'm multidimensional, she also thinks I'm from multiple planets too ;)

I've pondered that when you're in that dream state when you're half awake and half asleep with images and scenarios racing in front of you that seem so real and seem to go on forever without you being able to control is just like this damn sentence I'm writing that's never going to end and lose the interest of anyone who can't stand reading anything that doesn't have paragraph breaks and commas or even a meaningful point and a final destination which will undoubtedly waste the time of both the writer and the reader due to the fact that no one will remember what the hell the subject was to begin with and where this was going or how it's going to end just like all the times you started to do something and got distracted and your mind went on to somewhere else and your body followed and...
Ah crap...I'm doing it again! o_O

Really, however...anyone who's played Doom, Halflife and Fallout etc might know a little about the the whole inter-dimensional "thang" or at least have a feel for it. Albeit a waste of precious time, some of us humans thirst for the unknown and as far as the OP's poll, I can't take a stand or need to know(or have) the answer. Ca sera sera.

I believe everything is linked in this universe to an extent so no real absolutes just certain dimensions.

Outside this universe not really! multi verses maybe just a cop out to try and explain the big bang with the likes of branes colliding and all that which seems conjecture. Yes a few more dimensions maybe exist in this verse is very conceivable to me also.
