In watching the Saturday morning educational animal shows (Yes I'm 5), I've noticed the unique names given to groups of a particular animal species. Neat names like Gaggle, Shrewdness, Cauldron etc. etc. Don't know how the names came about but I think it is time that names were given to our guitar groups.

Any thoughts?

Some of the collective nouns for animals are pretty weird. And some are perfect.

An obstinacy of water buffalo
An exaltation of larks
An implausibility of wildebeest
A crash of rhinoceros
A zeal of zebra
A shrewdness of monkeys (indeed)
A fling of oxpeckers (whatever they are)

And of course, a parade of elephants.

How about a strum of Martins?
