What color is Fender 867 honey blond? since i have looked different 1 in web, even music123 or Fender color chart display ... so, does any 1 got a pic which a Fender 867 honey blond that can post? thx Eric
Here's a link to a Strat pic right off the Fender website in number "67" Honey Blonde. In Fender nomanclature, the first number is used to designate country of origin, series, accessorie level, or some other such thing. The last 2 digits denote the color. I thought they had actually dropped this designation and just listed a guitar as 67, not 067 or 567 depending on where it came from. Is it older literature you're looking at? Anyway, this is it!
The 8xx color codes mean they come with a deluxe case. 506 means black with no case, 306 black with a gig bag, 806 black with a deluxe case... I forget the standard case code, but it's all in the price list if you go to the resources section.
Actually i want to buy a CS Nocaster relic on web. http://www.music123.com/item/?itemno=69929 is that color look really real? i just want to know what exactly CS Nocaster relic should be. thx eric
Of another Nocaster that someone else here bought a day or two ago. This is a NOS model though, not a Relic. But according to the specs, the NOS, Relic, and CC all come in the same single color.
thx Mike. However, when i check out in Fender site that posted as follow: NOS 807) Vintage Blonde, CC n Relic : (867) Honey Blonde. i know the photo that u show me is Vintage Blonde.(NOS) Actually, i like the color more yellow or orange than NOS, so if the relic is, then i will go ahead. Otherwise, need to think abt it....so i need check it out first. thx eric
There's a Nocaster in closet classic mode there for $1,600... Would save you a fair bit of change if you like the guitar. Usual caveats apply, not affiliated with seller, etc. Cheers, bt
Hi all.i got a cc nocaster and it's much more wellow than the one you display.I think it's the color Eric is looking for.In the daylight she looks buttersctoch, but less orange than a 52 ri, and under floods looks yellow. I'm very pleased with.Nice thin finish, and feather weigth. Hope it helps. Good day.
This was painted Blonde a few months ago with very thin nitro and has deepened in colour to what you see above. Different angles can make it look different shades, (although this one is the true colour) particularly in photos so I wouldn't take it for granted that a photo of a colour is a true image.
I have a honey blonde American Series...It doesn't look like any of the pictures posted. It changes between a whitish hue and a a color not unlike the background of this website depending on the light. The grain is visible but not anywhere near as much as the strat picture shows. It's fairly obvious in person, but in photos the gloss covers it all up, and the paint is slathered on fairly thick.
