Please put a shot on youtube so we can hear her howler!
It's like a R eeses Peanut butter cup. 2 great tastes that taste great together.... you know what I mean... okay that was a horrible analogy.
OK, it's not a Tele shape, but my new Gretsch 6121 Roundup is VERY similar. Same pickups, same bridge, same Bigsby, Same color and it's hollow bodied just no F holes and no Tele body shape.
Nope. There's single coil Dynasonics in yours and humbucking TV Jones Filtertrons in the tele shaped one. Which makes yours more tele sounding...
...like what I got here (ok this was just a lame excuse for posting this):
USA Custom Guitars makes a carved top Tele that would be perfect for that project...
Aye, feel free to exhale. We went ahead and did our own, just see it come true.
OMG, that is frighteningly beautiful!
OMG, this is like landing on an alien planet to find mysteriously beautiful and sexy women and they all seem to be interested in you... my gas meter just added new numbers!
That anni is so gorgeous... and Paul, I covet your roundup... I'm gonna find a way!
Fellow Gretscher here and don't know how you guys play with those blindingly in the way pickguards. First thing I did years ago was take'em off. Nice Wood on your 6120.
That's what I initially though too since I've ripped the guards off from Les Pauls etc with Bigsby.
Much to my surprise there was no need for that with 6120. Because of the 1" spring in Bigsby the pickguard wasn't in the way of the vibrato arm.
Well........... since we're showing Gretsches, I'll show mine.
There's always this option
I bet Ajaytele has one of those hybrid beauties...
I'll bet he doesn't ............ yet.
He's probably looking for one.
posting our gretsches eh? mi falcon.
I ran out of orange paint.
You are gonna try and finish that, aren't you?
I see that now. It's so obvious. For some reason I thought I saw Dynasonics on that first photo.
