Very Nice. I've got the Japanese SKX-009 but swapped the stock strap for a Super 3D Oyster and it looks badass!

60F95BFA-BE16-44FA-AD5C-A81AB07DD349.jpeg Morning! I am tempted by the Seiko automatic dive watch but this solar quartz one has been so hassle free for over 12 years or more that I might just stick with it. I used to alternate it with the Seiko 5 that just died.

A non-wrist shot but I did wear it this AM. Reissue Samurai with Super Engineer bracelet.

I believe that’s the same watch I have. Mine has the platinum coloured face. Most I’ve seen have the gold coloured face. It’s such a comfortable watch to wear and keeps time extremely well. When I got it it ran a little fast but I took it in and it keeps time within a minute per month of my iPhone and as long as I wear it, I don’t need to wind it.

Not only can I can I sneak peaks at email during meetings but it's synced to our Nest cams at home. It's amazing technology when you can look at your watch to see that your dog is pooping near your garden when you're out of State. Technology you can use!

I wondered if or when someone might follow my Apple Watch post. As said, I love my old watches but I replaced my 2 with a 4 and love them more than ever. The cellular feature is well worth the $10 a month for my work.

Now I have to wonder how you have your move ring so far with the exercise not???

I like to say I prefer a robot instead of human nagging at me.

    Thanks!
Had a solid Oyster on it but it was destroyed in a bicycle accident. The solid Jubilee on it now is more comfortable though.

Mine's not the gold dial, it's kind of a pearly silver-ish. Rectangle markers.

    None ;)

I rarely wear a watch, really only for special occasions or when I travel for work.

But when I do wear one, it's got the circle of 5ths for the numbers :D

That’s mine too. Not many like that from what I’ve seen.

I posted mine earlier in the discussion but here it is again.

C0C1E584-EECD-4553-8B1B-ABED815EDDD8.png I am a diver and surfer. I’ve been coveting this although for under $200 I could get a perfectly serviceable Seiko or Citizen solar quartz diver. Solar quartz is nice- just wear it, no worries for at least 5 years. My current Seiko solar quartz has been maintenance free over at least 12 years though it’s a bit beat up.

Lost an Omega Speedmaster Moon watch in 1973 motorcycle crash, got another one with a different manual movement, dang thing needed service every 18 months like clockwork ( pun intended) dumped it.

Later got an awesome LTD Ed Colt Brietling, lost it in a motorcycle crash in 2005, watch was worth 10 times what my brand new Suzuki SV650 cost, with Dale Walker mods.

    Quit rideing motorcycles.

Decided to never invest heavily in one watch again. Sold my collection of modded Sieko's 6309, 7200's, and Skx's.

    I'll poke around for photos.

Paging through Facebook they had an Omega Moonwatch. That sounds interesting so I Googled it, $4,000. I have not worn a watch in probably twenty years I won’t be getting that one but it was interesting.

Now that you've stopped riding, the watches should be perfectly safe.
I still ride (V-Strom) but none of my watches are worth enough to worry about if destroyed.
