'65 BF Bassman rehoused in a 2x10 cab. It also sounded great in a 2X10 VV RI as well as all the Hoffman tweeds I've owned in the past.

Several amps have served well: One I no longer have is a PRRI equipped with a JBL D110F. Currently, a 1970 Deluxe Reverb, running 6L6s and 2x10 JBL D110Fs.

10w WEM Westminster Mk IX has been my home amp since approx 1974. A standard Tele plugged straight in is still, for me, what a guitar should sound like. There's a 57 Champ going to be under the Christmas tree, so we'll see.

There's a brilliant photo by TDPRIer Bill called "The Good Life" which is what a Tele and an amp should look like. Look it out, or maybe he'll post it.

    I wish I could get a tweed half-Bassman; 20 watts, 2x10.

My tele-types sound pretty good through my Silverface Princeton Amp, especially now that I've got a 12" in there, new cap cans, and a solid state rectifier. Very mini-Twin-y clean with some external boost.

VOX Pathfinder 15R. I liked it so much when I got my first one, I bought a second one, because I wanted to be sure I always had one in my amp arsenal. Then, when VOX discontinued the amp in January of 2013, I decided to get one more, just to be on the safe side. Scored the last one in stock in a store out west.

My first one was Korean made, and has black grill cloth (in the middle in the pic below). The next two were made in Vietnam, and have brown grill cloth. And they just love my teles.

It made me get rid of my Twin Reverb and my Bassman 59... really. Now I use TWO

My "Custom" Vibrolux Reverb really pairs very well with my tele as well as with my Gibson ES 330.

This Savage Macht 6 was the perfect match for my AVRI 69 Thinline. Some of the best tone I’ve ever gotten.

A lot of them really but the Twin Reverb will always be number one for me. Just works for me from low volumes, up to "hello officer" volume.

Vox AC10c1 VB The souped up one, with Creamback and JJ valves. Quiet enough for home, loud enough for gigs. And so cute looking.
