We bought some kitchen gadget recently that was wrapped in a plastic bag inside the box. On the bag was a warning that you should not eat the bag. Sometimes natural selection seems less cruel then overloading people with common sense warnings.

When you answer a persons question, then they ask you the same question again because they didn't get the answer they wanted.

How I pay a hundred bucks a month for TV and I still won't be able to watch Star Trek: Picard without spending more money.

You had me right there. I get a laugh at work sometimes because I am known as the guy who wears his t-shirt inside-out sometimes. The reason why? You guessed it.

THEN the t-shirt companies come up with a brilliant idea; Print the tag info inside the shirt. No tag, no itch. Now that's a stroke of genius right there, BUT... what !@#$%& genius decided to print it with... you guessed it... some type of brittle fabric paint that itches just as bad as the !@#$%& tag it replaced.

I have to add - Guitar necks that are narrower than advertised.

The amount of taxes we pay here in Canada on our after taxed, take home pay. Carbon tax really annoys me. I cannot figure out, for every dollar of our salary we earn, how much goes to all the taxes. I’d wager were near 65% here in BC. (Bring Cash)

The system we are bullied by aggravates me, having my day interrupted by random shills that demand I stop loafing on the couch and do their bidding.

That's a good one. TV. They require you to a contract, they can take away any stations they can't agree to keep even though you are stuck in a contract, you are still stuck. They overcharge a ton. Trouble is, TV was free for many decades. They make a million a minute in advertising. Still, you pay.

My Strymon Flint Reverb Tremolo unit is 5 days away although, since I found out in October it wasn’t cancer, not much bothers me.

The taxes are worth it, IMO.
BC is the most beautiful place I’ve ever lived.
I get very homesick for it, especially lately.
