Does your hot sauce have to be super hot or do you balance that out with flavor? Some people believe that just being super hot is what makes a great hot sauce. Could it be that flavor could also be a deciding factor? Even if a sauce is mild if it has good flavor I would like it. What do you think? My new fav is good old Franks Red Hot original. Simple, available everywhere and flavorful, IMO. But I’ve tried many exotic sauces and finally settled on this one.
