I really want a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier, but right now I don’t have the money or the space for one. Are there any pedals that will give me a little of that flavor?

    It's like 50 bucks

Little Bear is known mostly for their R.A.T.Attack (Rat clone) and their Mommoth Wooly (Wooly Mammoth clone), but this one is awesome, too

I think the Tech 21 US Steel will do that, if you can find one used.

Not a pedal but about the price of a boutique one. There’s a 12ax7 tube in the preamp. $169 on Amazon. zoMBie (MB is Mesa boogie). ‘Course you need a cab. Mine is going through a Laney 2x12 and sounds awesome.

Tech 21 California does the Boogie. The Joyo clone for less.

The California does a Mark series. The US Metal/US Steel does a Rectifier.

actually, the Joyo California Sound is the one that’s based on a Mesa.

    They're both based on Mesa.

The Metal's based on Rectifiers, the California's based on Boogies.

According to Joyo, the California is based on a Mark II. I’ve always been curious about that sound, so I ordered one of those, too.

you say you don’t have money for a new amp, but you’re just randomly ordering piles of pedals? The Joyo California Sound is a CLONE of the Tech 21, they’re the same pedal. And one of the others is also a clone.

I’ve seen single rec 50 watt heads for as low as $500, but usually around $700.

I don’t have any personal experience, but I heard that Preparation H helps with that...I don’t see how a pedal would help.

    EDIT:
Upon closer review, I realize that word is rectifier, not rectum fire...my apologies!
