The weather is crazy here. It has been the hottest June ever recorded in Milwaukee history. 1945 was close but this June has been the hottest ever. In addition we’ve had 7” less rain than last year. All that heat and no rain. Brown lawns. They’re saying that will be really tough on farmers which stinks. Very strange. I have little desire to sit in my 105 degree hot when it’s nearly 90 outside but that’s a silly thing to complain about.

As all my Milwaukee relatives would say,
“ could you go for a cold one?“

We're having the biggest storm of the year here, after a very dry (for southwest Oregon) winter and spring.

Kind of changes the camping trip--our site features a giant puddle--but we certainly need the rain.

Same here in the Michigan parts I hang out in, Studio. Finally getting some rain but spotty thunderstorms that have mostly missed my parts. I watched heavy rain pass a few miles south of our cottage Saturday, where we’ve had less than 1/2” total since May 1st.
