Found out this morning the DJs of a local station liked the song I submitted and will be playing it during the local music hour this coming Sunday night.

Not sure if I can post a link to the radio station or if that’s against the rules, but I’m excited in any case!

Bit of a bucket list thing for me. If only my 16 year old self just starting out getting into bands could see me now in all my near-middle aged glory!

Congratulations! Be sure to record it. I had some original music played on the radio in the 90's. I still have a cassette tape of the songs and the DJ announcing them - but nothing to play it on!

Haha way ahead of you. Was just joking with the wife on busting out the ol cassette recorder like old times for just such an occasion.

And they even gave us a shout out by our names! How neat!

I promise to remember TDPRI once the platinum records and millions start rolling in any day now.
