That's kinda like Ted's version of Dave Hunter's 2-stroke, except the Weber version has 1 x 6L6 instead of 2 x 6V6s.

The Lauren would be a ballsier SE amp with that 807.

The Natalie is like a tweed bassman with a post PI MV, and with 4 x 6V6 instead of 2 x 6L6, and no ability to jumper the input channels

I built Dave Hunter's amp useing the Maggie drawing for reference. I really like the amp so after I gave it to my brother, I built one for myself. I added the voicing switch to a Champ which works great.

What's the purpose of the 1M resistors on the Maggie's voicing switch?

(image removed)

Is it to buffer the switch during switch movement?

I read somewhere, it's to "stop the pop" when you switch between "voices". That would be a good thing, it does pop when you switch. At some point, I'll get back in there and add them.

Yeah they're switch pop snubbers. You don't have to settle for 1M if you find some lesser or greater resistance that effectively does the job to your liking. The concept is to supply enough resistance so that there is an 'infinite' amount of resistance between each cap and the ground return (when the switch is open on that side), in order to effectively take the bypass cap out of the circuit, whilst silencing the pop.
