Was there a USA Version of the Buck Owens Tele?

    So there was a USA G&L R/W/B metal flake ASAT... Was it actually a Buck Owens signature model? So I take it that all the actual Fender BO signature models were Japanese?

    Yes all the "Fender" ones were Japan.

    All I know about the guitar is it was done for a NAMM show and only 12 were made.

    I don't think it was an actual BO Sig model, though I do know that Leo did give him some G&L guitars.
