I like em’, because of the body binding and sleek appearance, particularly the green Strat.

I like the look of the bound body, I'm a fan of bound bodies because being clumsy it offers better protection.
Not sure about the pickup cavities though, I'm a bit of a clean freak with guitars and spend enough time pulling fluff out of my navel.

This may sound odd but what makes me flinch is not the absence of a pickguard on that strat, but the absence of a forearm contour. Think it looks weird. I guess it necessitated by the front binding.

The green in HSS looks pretty great, love this dolphin-grey Tele though, even if it has an extra fret.
