For now, again, off the board. I've tried a couple of times, but it still feels a bit weird, even on the flat boards.

And funny thing, that I prefer mini wah on the floor even more, then full size. Because I just can not get a right sweep on my board. Tried in the first row, did not work at all. In the second raw it worked a bit better.

But, after all, I realized, that better way for wah and volume, just on the floor, before my board.

Took my Vox 847 full size wah off a long time ago and it's in a box. Replaced it with a Boss TW-1 T-Wah (kind of an auto-wah/envelope filter) for the last few years. Works great for funk with rhythmic strumming using scratching and muting mixed with regular chords. I agree about putting it 1st after the tuner.

Same here, and I really like the 95q from dunlop, on when you step on it, off when you step off of it.

off the board - it's just too big and clunky to keep on.

I'm loving my on-board mini cry baby. Right after the tuner.

Had it off board, got tired of patching it in every time so I squeezed it on board. Thinking of getting a mini one because I can barely close my carry bag.

first, BEFORE the tuner - but only because the tuner is onboard and the wah is off.

I like how every different solution works equally well. I got used to a mini wah on board. But will admit a big wah on ground feels better and is easier to use. But they're heavy and being able to pack a board in one bag is awesome.

Off. I'm missing a foot on my Vox wah, though. Anybody know where to find one? I can't play it wobblin' on the board or off....
