So do you guys/girls like your wah on the pedal board or off on the floor? I just bought another pedal (Boss AC-3) which I have no room for on my board. So I may have to move my wah off the board. Not sure I like the idea of having to wire it separately every time I gig/rehearse, but may have to.

The wah is off the board because I don't need one all that often, but I do keep my volume pedal on the board. Wah pedals are heavy and keeping both on the board would add a lot of weight.

On the board. I don't like the idea to have extra cables aside the board. Also it's not the first pedal in my chain, so I'd have to connect it amidst the pedals on my board and can't use my patchbox. Kind of the antithesis of an organised pedalboard....

Off the board, of course. It's more like a part of your instrument. Run it first anyway, IMHO. That way you can move it around a bit and won't be glued to your pedalboard. Maybe put more rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide around. Yeah, you lucked out.

On board, of course the Mini almost has to be solidly mounted anyway. I learned from many years with a full size volume pedal that it is nice to know exactly where it is placed during a performance. IMG_2987.JPG

I've had mine on and off the board...currently in the "drawer of shame" (I just wasn't using it).

I almost NEVER use a wah, and, like you, space on the board was an issue.....so I took it off. I have a connector from my power suppy handy in case I need it, but if I took a wah along, it would have to be on the floor. But honestly, I haven't missed it.

Off. Way too big and rarely used to take up prime real estate on my pedal board.

On my big board it's on, on the other 3 smaller boards, off.

The good thing is that wahs generally use small amounts of current, so you can use a battery and bolt it on the end of the pedalboard only if and when you need it.

Had mine on my board for a while, but didn't get on with the angle and additional raised height, so I floored it.

I keep everything on the board. I need to know where everything is located in relation to everything else. I don't usually have time for looking when I'm playing. If I enter the zone my hands and feet need to know what they're doing while my brain is tripping somewhere else.

It took some getting used to but now I prefer it on my board.

I prefer mine on the board. The mini looks like a cool option, though.

It depends. I do not like rocker/treadle pedals on an angled board, but do not mind them on flat boards.
