I just picked up a used DA15. It is said to have low hours and is in beautiful condition. I plugged it in and turned it on an ALL the lights on top lit up - don't think this is right?! I plugged my guitar in and go no sound. Master is up and I've checked connection with a scrims chord. Guitar sound is set on the high side. I hear NOTHING from the amp no matter how loud I turn up the Master. Tried a second guitar as well. Two chords two guitars zero sound. Any thoughts?

Google Vox DA15 manual and download it if you don't have one.
I would do a factory reset, and see if that fixes it.
Sounds like it's stuck between settings.
Hope it helps.

Troubleshooting from the Vox manual says:

2. There’s no sound coming from the amp

➢ Is your guitar turned up?
➢ Are both ends of your guitar cable plugged into where they should be?
➢ Is your guitar cable working?
➢ Is the top panel MASTER volume turned up?
➢ Do you have headphones or anything else plugged into the amp’s rear panel
LINE/PHONE jack? If “yes,” unplug!
➢ Check the settings of the GAIN, VOLUME, TREBLE, MIDDLE and BASS. On certain
styles, if the TREBLE, MIDDLE, and BASS controls are all turned down, there
will be little or no sound coming from the amp due to the way the circuit of the original
works.
➢ If you’re in Manual mode (the MANUAL LED lit), turn the following controls above
their minimum setting: GAIN, VOLUME, TREBLE, MIDDLE, and BASS.

else, see Ironwolf's post.

Thanks!

I did use the Vox troubleshooting, no help. I'll have to look up the factory reset, did t know that existed! I'll try to check the fuses, not sure where they are but I'm sure I can find them. I appreciate all your help folks!!
