I was finished but I will come back to give you the info. We are probably 150 miles apart. The amp is a '63 in terrible condition had been in an old shed with a 65 twin reverb, a early 60s showman a Fender reverb, a 63 Fender Precision bass, Gibson ES330T and more. The roof was caved in and everything was exposed to the weather for 20 years. The old man who owned this stuff was a recluse whose house was full of even more stuff. He was a country swing player and played all over NE Texas. I knew him well and after he died his family asked if I wanted all that junk. We discovered someone had stolen the Gibson and his old tele. The p bass was under the rafters that had caved in and was totally rotted away. I ended up with old amps, pickups, tubes, speakers, capacitors and more. Anyway over the years I have given away or sold stuff for next to nothing. I have realized I am old and just don't need it. Would love for you to have the Super Reverb and the old Silverstone amp which is like the Fender champ. I have one of those a 56 works intermittently. There are no cabinets because they rotted away in the weather, except the Champ. But to tell the truth I think it would be a waste of your time to meet for something that would likely just sit around in your room till you were ready to toss them.
PS I do have a 1966 Silverstone Silhouette that I bought brand new when I was a kid. It's the cherry red with 3 De' Armonds. I will sell it for a reasonable offer. Don't know how to post pics so I will change my avatar.

I have several older 620 and 120 film cameras. I may try this, and let you know what happens.
....or, if you don't hear back from me, that will mean it "worked".
What was that movie about watching a certain VHS tape?
BTW, one of the 120 film cameras is a plastic Diana. You don't see those around much anymore. ;)

@Red Ryder your posts hint at something ominous. I hope you're okay.

I'm a tech, and I get lots of cool vintage guitars through my shop. I love working on it, and I especially love when there are stories attached. I take pictures of them and post them on my FB page. People oogle over them and comment how much better the vintage stuff is than the new stuff. It's not. I used to own some vintage electrics (still have some vintage acoustics), but I don't anymore. My oldest electric is a 30 year old MIJ strat. Yes, there are some exceptional vintage instruments, but on the whole, the new stuff is better.

Little known fact (around here at least): There's a town called "Ham" about 20 miles from this year's British Open.

Why do we drive on a parkway and park in a driveway?

Why are there Braille buttons on the drive-thru ATM?

They have been real good to me. Had some major malfunctions 6 or 7 years ago and sometimes things get a little wacky.

    Anyway, back on topic...

What is the difference between a 'vintage' guitar and 'some old beater'? In my experience, the number of zero's in the price, mostly.
For example, my 1963 SG was an 'old beater' when I bought it for not much money in the late 70s.

If I still had it, in the same condition, it would now be a 'vintage guitar' and there would be several additional zeros in the price. But it would be the same guitar.

In my little world, there are only 'new' guitars and 'used' guitars. I'm not going to pay several times the 'new' price for a 'used' guitar, ever.

Others have different views on this, and of course we are all free to spend our money however we like, on whatever we choose. ;)
