I'm looking at a body and is drilled for vintage style bridge. Anyway to change to 6 saddles easily?
Do you own (and can use) a Yankee (push) drill?
Do not own, but I think I've used one once or twice..
I believe that a bridge from a MIM Standard or it's equivalent will fit. Many people have gone the other way with the MIM Standard so there should be plenty of used ones floating about. Note that a bridge from Am. Standard or Deluxe will not be a direct replacement.
This is of no interest to you?

Nah. I saw that. To me, the modern looks better. Now, that's just me. Lol.
The Gotoh modern 6 saddle bridge fits perfectly as long as you have the four screw holes. Stewmac.com sell them.
The Fender Standard series (MIM) 6-saddle bridge fits, and is available online for under $20. I like mine.
Just seems like what I want, even if I piece everything together, over $650. Love the player series, but don't like the colors with the Pau necks.
