I got my set installed tonight
The neck is MUCH louder than the bridge
I can't find my multimeter so I can't test but I don't know if I got a bum pickup or if that is normal?

I have gotten the neck as low as I can, I will need to somehow remove some wood to get it lower, is that standard the neck being so much louder?

You will have to get the hole for the neck pickup routed if you decide to keep the set. The neck pickup does look to be a bit high in your photos. You said this was a Vintage Tele Stack: did you wire it properly? If it has multiple leads, you might have wired only a single coil of the stacked coil which would give less output. I have zero experience with these pickups, but that would be my first thought. I would think Duncan put a 4 way lead on this pickup.

    I followed the diagram.
Red and white together and taped Off.
Green and bare wire to ground
    Black to output.
I need to play it through an amp tomorrow

What is the bridge pickup? Is it working correctly?

maybe lower the bridgepup because off stringpull by the magnets.
and no offence, but how is your hearing?
i thought a set of Lawrence microcoil with adjustable polepieces was not balancing correct.
the bridge seem to have less volume output than the neck.
friend of mine tried them out, nothing wrong.
got my hearing tested, big dip in my high freq perception.:(

It is a vintage stack set the bridge is the one I am worried about it is like maybe half the volume the neck is.

No offense taken, I can record a clip but there is a noticeable difference, and when it was lower it was worse

A friend said I should maybe try swapping the black and green wires around.
    Thoughts?
Ground and bare to ground and green to pickup location
