So I got this and a Flea MIM Jazz Bass.
The Flea has US Vintage Pups and is Nitro.
Both were excellent values for the money purchased new.
The pups in the P Bass are vintage style but I think they are Mexican.
As long as they sound good I won't change them.
Although I admit I have some interest in a Arcane P65L or a Cavalier.
    Gas is a terrible thing.
The Cavalier offers more bang for the buck and I wonder if anyone has any first hand experience with the stock pups vs Arcane vs Cavalier ?

No experience with those pickups. But congrats on your new basses. I've done EMG replacement pickups (not that vintage style) and Bill Lawrence P pickups (can vintage)- so I don't really have anything on that front.

I may move my question to the Pickups section.
