Are there any companies selling necks with richlite as a fretboard option?

Richlite is sold in pre-cut fretboard sizes to build one's own neck, but that's not an option for me.

Search engines, Reverb, eBay, etc, haven't turned up anything. Any leads are welcome.

If my memory is correct, Texas Toast did a test recently and liked the product. Perhaps they would do a neck for you. Same for many of the independent builders. Finding it "mass market", is probably a tough row to hoe, however.

I'm pretty positive that Gibson was offering a J45 with that board a couple of years ago.

Musikraft offers it. Great fretboard material, IME. I got a Gibson Les Paul with it, and I liked it so much that I ordered my next Musikraft neck with it, even though my original plan had been for ebony. Also, that was during the sad period during which MK wasn't offering ebony at all.

I fear re-frets with it, so I ordered stainless frets.

I think in that test I mentioned that Texas Toast did examine refretting and they were actually successful with clean extraction. But SS isn't a horrible idea...

I LOVE it on my Mini Martin! It doesI dislike most of the rosewood substitutes I have seen.n't have any character like wood does, but coupled with SS frets, it would be an unbeatable combination. It would be nice if they could introduce some color or "grain" for character. Perhaps something Squier should try. But what manufacturer wants to make a guitar that lasts forever?

Richlite has quite a few colors, did you see their website??

    https://richlite.com/collections/fretboards/

I've used Richlite on quite a few builds, it works great and looks very much like Ebony...

I'm surprised Warmoth and USACG don't offer them as options.

You're correct, and thank you! I forgot about them. Like @BigDaddyLH I'm surprised that Warmoth and other vendors don't offer it. I would love to see more recycled and repurposed material used in instrument-making, personally. Say what you want about materials, but when Jimi Hendrix played a Strat/Flying V/etc he sounded like Hendrix. Materials make a difference, but it doesn't matter as much to me. I have guitars with rosewood, maple, aluminum, ebonol, and who knows what else fretboards, and those aren't the things that make me like playing them. Just my opinion.

    Whew, tangent.

@John Nicholas & @Boreas yes, their site is really intriguing! The colors and pseudo-grains they have really tempted me for the next stage of a current build (to appear here, eventually).

I ordered a maple-like fretboard from them. We'll see how it goes.

Hey guys, I forgot that I had gotten a sample from Richlite a while ago. Here are some photos of the sample package. I can take photos next to some different species of actual wood if you would like...

This section of sample shows how Richlite is actually made.

Here are the different colors of Richlite that were included in the sample pack, the top image has the name and the bottom image the samples were flipped over, so you can see the color better.

    I hope this helps!!

I fab’d our kitchen counters out of Chocolate Glacier. It is extremely tough stuff. You have to sand it forever to clean up the edges and routed corners. It makes perfect sense as fretboard material.

It doesn't sound like Warmoth will offer richlite any time soon. I emailed them and asked if they plan on offering it as an option.

    On 12/4/20 Warmoth replied:
