I've never heard of Usinger, so when I clicked on this I was debating on if it was some kid on your lawn or some dinner on the grill. Now I'm hungry.

Klements for the win!

(Footnote: While I grew up and have lived my whole life on the East Coast, my mom's sister was married to one of the founders, John (Jack) Klement. Due to distance and age differences I've never really known my cousins who today still run Klement's Sausage. But as a kid growing up we would two or three times a year get a big package with Klement's products packed in dry ice. And I've had my fair share of Klement's brats while visiting Milwaukee and catching a Brewer's home game.)

And who can forget the Racing Sausages (sadly, they had their last race in 2017 😥🌭).

Just got home and went to the Usinger website. Holy crap, they have a lot of different brats. May have to order some. They have a 6 lb minimum but my boys will wipe that out pretty quick (high school age).
