Any of you are probably already aware of this, but for those of you who don't, you can go to the Apple Store and buy an adapter that will allow you to plug in a 30 pin cable into the Ipad Airs' Lightning input. This allows you to use the older Apogee Jam and Irig interfaces for Garageband. They work great. I was about to plunk down a hundred bucks for an Apogee Jam that was compatible with the Ipad Air. A hundreds bucks saved. Thanks, Apple.

Is a matter of probability…
Duly noted!! Thanks! Need more memory on the ole maxiPad and will keep this in mind. Auria used 6gigs of my feeble 16 gig maxiPad II. Goes away quick these gigas do!! So I was considering an upgrade.
