Hello,
I am the new and happy owner of a Squier Telecaster Deluxe.
I am really suprised by the quality of this guitar, after having a squier Jazzmaster J. Mascis also very good.
I'd like to upgrade it and I have several questions :
* I'd like to change the pickguard but it seems it is different from a MIM tele or even a Fender US. Can you advise me ?
* I'd like to change the saddles ; what would you advise me as I want something "modern", like the US modern telecaster/stratocaster for instance,
* same question regarding the keys ; I'd like to have locking keys, any advise ?
I really like the "false" WRHB as they sound really good...from what I have seen, they are made by G&B pickups, a korean manufacturer. And the WRHB in the ranaldo signatures are also from this manufacturer. I doubt they made two different pickups for fender/squier, so could it be possible the squier and the fender share the same pickups ? Seems so...
