Dude you scored. Both with the purchase and the refin.
I am also a pawn shopper. 99% of the time I go in one I don't see anything interesting. Oh but that 1%. It's the thrill of the chase for me.

    nice finds!

i wonder if it is a fact that guitars with some strings missing make the guitar priced less!

    perception!

I'm in Potomac but we don't have many pawn shops. I mainly go to the shops in Baltimore City or back home in Massachusetts/Rhode Island.

Last week I got an Italian 60s Vox wah with the bag for almost nothing. Check all the time!

I'm on vacation this week so I'm browsing pawnshops as usual and came across this little number I couldn't pass it up an affinity Telecaster Terri red look at the natural wear on that sweet Maple neck and once they told me the price I definitely wasn't going to pass up 69 by 1507566312150.jpg 1507566322266.jpg

That's what I was told by a music products distributor many years ago. Ping makes most of the tuners out there.

YOU PUT A P90 IN A TELE!!!
That just earned you two thumbs up, from me.
There's nothing I like quite as much as the sound of P90s.
I wanna hear that Tele rock.

Thanks man. It's a Lollar that I had lying around. The neck pickup in this guitar was some cheapo mighty mite but the Vintage Broadcaster in the bridge was a score. It matches up really nice and is different from things I already have.
