How would you guys set out to do this? I've looked at the Eventide Timefactor that could do this, as well as the Strymon and Boss DD20. Would using two DD5's or a DD5 and a DD7 accomplish this task if one had a tap tempo? I'm trying to get that rhythmic quarter and dotted eighth delay thing that's popular in modern church worship...

    Any thoughts?

Oh yeah I forgot about the repeater! That would do the trick. I didn't know if having two separate delays worked better or not..

Flashback also can do both at same time.

The DD-20 can do them but not at the same time.

Used to do it with two DD7s and a tap tempo. Now I get it done with a Visual Sound Dual Tap. Super easy.

Both. See the leetle switch on both of them for quarter/dotted-eighth/ quarter+dotted-eighth? Set it to the last.

There's an example of using that with the "tape" setting for a reverb-like effect, 8:30-9:30

The Vox DelayLab has a dual delay mode that lets you set the ratio of the repeat times as well as the ratio of the mix of the two repeats. So if you wanted the dotted eighth repeats to be louder than the quarter note repeats, you could.

The Line 6 m9 does can do this. You set up the 2 delays and the tap tempo sync's them both.

This is what I've got, and it works great.
