I have a Twin Reverb II one channel has gone out. I haven't used the amp in years pulling out the Volume/Channel select switch or the foot switch I lose 90% of volume and what you hear is distorted in a bad way. Everything else works fine, the only thing I've done at this time is to spray DeoxlT on the tube pins a reset them. I'm looking for any suggestions what the problem might be. I've built quite a few Amps but troubleshooting i'm not very knowledgeable don't want spend much money on the Amp looking to sell it.

V2A and V4A are involved in that channel. If either of those triodes failed, you would have a problem in that channel. Note that V2B is the second ga8n stage in the clean channel. V4B triode is not used.
If a substitution of a known good 12AX7 does not cure the problem, one has to go inside the chassis.
