I saw that earlier today on the UMGH. Did you see the BF also?
Very tasty! that's what Tweed heaven must look like.
you could check out one amp per week in one year and still have some spares.
...then start all over again or move to the black faces.what a Mission.
meh, everything's tweed now. Doesn't seem so special anymore.
There is a BIG difference between putting tweed on a new productions amp and a "Tweed" amp. The ones in the above pic are the real deal and they are very impressive, and not because of what kind of material is used to cover the cabinet.
Yes I'm posting this while playing my tele through a '56 "Tweed" Deluxe.
I realize what they are, I'm just not as impressed with vintage tweed as I once was. Nice to see them all together though.
My Tweed Deluxe clone is a badass little amp. I LOVE it and it cost a fraction of what those beauties are worth...
wot, no Gibsons?
That's just not right. But.........me likey. Sooooooooo, where is that zactly?
Well I think it's a dandy collection. I couldn't fit it in my house, but I'd try!
Only 4 wide panels and one TV?
I see two wide panel Champs (one hidden on the very top second from right)and two wide panel Princeton amps , a TV grill Princeton and two wide panel Super or Pro amps. So that's 6 wide panels and one TV.
Other then those, mostly late '50s early '60s stuff.
So where does that guy live? Anybody got an address? Does he go out of town a lot??? Just askin' lol
It's gonna have to be a fancy a/b box to make that work live. But it can be done. Just leave them at my house for a few years and I'll figure it out.
Seriously, I feel like now I don't have to eat dinner, that was yummy-good.
the second pic looks photoshopped to me
I'd rather daisychain them on these steps, then walk around and listen to my Tele (((TWANG))) real loud!
I have a 3x10 Tweed Victoria bandmaster. Nothing else like it with a Good Tele.
That collection of amps has got to be over $100,000, my guess
