my post is two fold. one, i wanted to list some YouTube guitarist that are helping me learn about music. also i was wondering if y'all could send my way a few names of people who are offering you some musically interesting ideas and information relating to playing guitar. i'm not a beginner but i'm constantly reminded (in the videos as well as in general) of how much i don't know about music, even after playing for years (sheesh...!), i learned from records at the time - no videos to learn from - i love YouTube for the instructions alone.

here are some of the people i'm currently diggin'--- please add to this list - thanx in advance.
Chris Buck, Paul Davids, Tom Bucovac, Rett Shull, Zac Childs, Rick Beato, Danish Pete Honore from Anderton Guitars, and Tim Pierce. --- the lack of female guitarist is noticeable.
listen to these cats - they know of what they speak - and yea - what they play is amazing as well

I'd recommend checking out TrueFire.com, as well.

Paul Davids - I didn't care for him at first, but he's grown on me
501chorusecho - Tom Bukovac - he's hard to follow if you don't have a solid foundation first, but he's just awesome

She doesn't play like the players mentioned, but she's a Berklee taught phenomenal player that I really dig. The backing players on this track she goes off on hitters like Marco Minneman, and Bryan Beller from the Aristocrats, Virgil Donati and some other great players I can't think of now.

Plays a 7-string, and kills with it. Her lessons are on Jam Track Central with all TAB, and she shows you every lick of her stuff.

Love the tapping run she does in this.
