See this video:

What is this clicking sound coming from? Is it from the bridge plate hitting the body? Or maybe the bridge plate slipping on one of the screws? It doesn't seem like the tremolo block in the back cavity is touching anything, so I don't think it's from that.

How can I fix my tremolo installation?

Sounds to me like the plate is tapping on the wood on the face of the guitar.

tighten up those bridge mount screws a bit, the bridge should be flush at the front, and just pivot on the knife edge on the underside of the plate.

i might be wrong, just the first place id look.

would be easier to see if the video showed a side on view of the bridge

This happened to me. The trem block was loose. Check the three screws behind the saddles that secure the trem block. You will have to remove the saddles temporarily, then intonate when you re-install.

I also put a drop of thread locker in the threads of the the three screws. Takes a bit of time, but fairly easy and painless.
