I can't remember the brand of jeans, but what i can remember is this :
A young handsome guy goes to a bunch of bikers, put his hand inside his trousers, gets his pinky out of the zipper, and tell something about them having small appendages.

I think the music playing was the tune i don't want no short 'expletive' men, by CJ Gee.

I have been picking my brain for a very long time trying to remember other details, but that is it.

Does it ring a bell ?

edit the song i am refering to might be played by 20 fingers.

Nothing comes between me and my Calvins.

    Does that help?

I remember reading about his guitsteels in Guitar Player back around that time; he had that yellow one—was it stolen or something?— and a somewhat newer red one. I think one of them used the middle six pole pieces of an 8-string lap (or pedal?) steel pickup on the guitar side.

the red one was stolen, the yellow was in a museum, so he had to get the yellow one back. I think that is the story.

Commissioning a luthier to build those things must have cost a bit. I don’t remember if this quote (or paraphrase, maybe) was from the same article but when asked about playing pedal steel he said something like “it seems like a lot of extra work to get something you can almost do with your fingers.”

This is the only jeans commercial I can think of that comes close to what you're describing, but the song is different:
