Tremolux problem

    Hello!
    I have recap this amp, have news 6L6. Every was ok but today suddenly starts to make this...



    Any idea???

    Don't do that! :D

    I would start by verifying that all the tubes are fully inserted.

    Next I would swap out every tube, one at a time to see if that cured it--it could be a bad tube, even one of the new ones.

    If that doesn't do it it's time to go inside the chassis--tech time.

    +1 on checking the tubes...are they properly seated? If they are, then a tap test would expose a tube that had internal problems linked to such a noise. There could be a dirty tube socket, even?
    However, I suspect a bad connection in the circuit somewhere.
