Okay, I'll admit I'm an idiot.
I had created a backing track for Pink Floyd's Money years ago but it sucked.
So, this Monday I started anew. I have some decent drums and painstakingly created a passable keyboard using the step-editor. The bass was no problem other than a few transition areas. The funky Bm rhythm is down. Now for the tremolo stabs with the distorted guitar. I just can't get it with the Princeton tremolo.
Then it dawned on my pea brain. The Logic Tremolo plug-in!!!! Voila!!! There it was. Studio Tremolo, not amp tremolo. Why did I not think of this before? See my first sentence.

okay, but can you mix it in 5.1 surround
and use a spatial panner to make it
    roam around the room?

I would love to hear it either way!

I love tremolo and auto pan plugins (Brauer Motion is awesome!) to subtlety (or not subtlety) create motion in a track. Used in moderation, it makes everything sound more “alive”.

I just want an EHX super pulsar for the stereo outs and massively intense trem-chop capabilities. Probably the most adjustable trem ever except it does not have dual LFO's.

I have a nice Josh Smith dual trem, very transparent and clean sounding but it's a one trick pony akin to a BF fender trem. Glad you found the tones you were looking for OP, that's always a nice feeling!

Yes, and it makes non tube amps and sims sound like
it's breathing when used very lightly!
