I know Long and McQuade in Canada sells the vintage grill cloth in 3ft sections. Not cheap but it’s available.

How do you like that seismic cab? And what speaker is in there? I have a YRM-1 and the 4x10 cab is too big for most gigs...looking for a 112 cab for the head. Yours looks nice! Theyre big enough for that head.

The Seismic cabs are built pretty well. Birch plywood...not marine grade "void free" premium stuff but it does the job. I can't stand the weight and flex of MDF built cabs (Hey Marshall Origin...looking at you!) so this works well for me.

I currently have a Eminence GB128 greenback-is speaker in there. It's rated for 50 watts but I take it easy on it with the bigger Traynor 50 Watters. Also great is standard Celestion Vintage 30 rated at 60 watts.

Actually...on Ebay there is a maker selling fantastic 1x15" cabs. Just got one, put on some authentic Traynor grill cloth and stuck a Celestion Fullback 15" 8 ohm speaker in it (rated for 100 watts!). This combo blows my mind right now!

I know this thread is 8 years old, but that first paragraph was classic!

How’s that combination of the mahogany Thinline With the Traynor (model?). I was contemplating the same match.
