Transformers for Ceriatone Overtone Special (Dumble Overdrive Special clone)

    The WGS ET65 is actually specced as a replacement for the Celestion G12-65 Heritage series. ET90 is the 90W version of that speaker.

    The EV12L was one of HAD's choices as far as I know as well. Expensive speakers! The Warehouse WGS12L is a replacement for the EV12L. A little less but still a $200 speaker.

    The WGS12L is big and clean and relatively flat response. The ET65/ET90's are a little less clean, and has a bit of a mid scoop.

    I'm looking at a chart I downloaded at some point from WGS. Maybe they emailed it to me. Anyhow, that's where this info is coming from. :)

    For a D-clone, use Bassman transformers if it has two output tubes, and Twin iron for four.

    HAD also did a few with Music Man or Peavey transformers.

    Cool, well, I ended up using a JTM45 transformer, so that sounds pretty similar!
