    Well I seriously don't have 10 either

    I liked:

Jeff Tweedy - Love is the King
Laura Marling - Song For Our Daughter
    Black Pumas - Black Pumas
Kiwanuka - Kiwanuka (this technically it's from december 2019)
Rehlaender - Entre Los Alamos Pt. 2 (check it out its a friend of mine)
    Tame Impala - Slow Rush
    Dua Lipa -Future Nostalgia
Joshua Lee Turner - Public Life

I wasn't paying any attention this year and that's pretty much what I remember being launched.

RTJ4 and nothing else got within a mile of it for me. Perfect album for this year.

What's an album? Were there really 10 of them made in 2020?

A lot of good ones mentioned to which I would add Phoebe Bridgers -- Punisher. "I Know the End" may have been my favorite new song of the year

Funny how it works sometimes: I put on Fiona Apple's Fetch the Bolt Cutters the other day for about the fourth time, and it finally clicked for me. It now needs to make my list.

Both Idles and Fontaines D.C. were disappointments to me. I had no idea, though, that the year also brought a new album from Little Simz. I'll have to check it out.

Sorry, the last time that I paid any attention was 1973. The following year, Disco emerged and I stopped paying any attention and just started doing my own thing regardless of what was popular or when it was released.

Not so much an album, but a 5 song e.p. inspired by lockdown without going on about it. I really like it, as much as the best bits of "Grey Area" which is a enormous record.

"A Hero's Death" took a few plays to sit properly whereas "Dogrel" was more immediate (and hugely anticipated)
