I like to think I would have had a great time at that wedding reception. For all his worrying, Johnson knows how to throw a party. Truth is I'd be making a fool of myself after two cola wines.

I tried to work this into my acoustic set many years ago but the lyrics don't work without the dialect, which in turn doesn't work without the accent, which doesn't work if you're not Jamaican.

Great song-pronounced Tutz, not Toots like boots.

    Hi.

I am very fond of Toots and the Maytals.

Not only is this following song my fav Toots and the Maytls' song, it is one of my fav songs of all time.

Unfortunately it seems hard to find a decent copy now. I wonder if it is a problem related to early digital conversions, giving that fizzy result? 20 plus years ago I had access to this in analogue, and filling a room with the fat, driving bass of this song was glorious.

    Older, scratchy, less bassy version.

Fizzy, but with more pronounced bass version.
