Foodwise, nothing. I've had Phaal and Megaloo curries. I regularly cook with Carolina reapers. Not for everyone, but I enjoy it.
Bedwise, I'm not saying. No chilies involved though!

Uh, now that I’m a geezer, lots of things are too spicy for me.
My guts can take it, but my respiratory system can’t.
I risk not being able to breathe properly.
It takes my breath away, so to speak.
I used to like moderately spicy/hot stuff.
Curries, pickled jalapeños, Sriracha sauce, hot chili oil, chili flakes were things I liked.
Not anymore.
I still kinda like boring old Tabasco, both red and green.
Baby stuff to you fire-breathers, I know.
I once tried an unfamiliar sauce on my food right before I did an opening act/solo gig.
I barely recovered before I went on.

I like it up to a point. I tried the hottest thing at a hot sauce store once that was too much for me.

I wasn’t sure I could breathe. I was pacing up and down the side walk trying to determine what was happening to me.

Habanero is my limit.

Once I went to a store that specialized in selling hot stuff, and I tried a hot sauce that required signing a waiver. I signed, they dipped a toothpick in the bottle, and I placed it on my tongue.

I had a stomach ache for the next four hours and I drank a ton of liquids. It was awful.

I love spicy food but not spicy for the sake of it. It has to work with the other ingredients and enhance the overall profile of the dish.

I cook regularly with red pepper, cayenne, jalapenos, Anaheim, Fresno and serrano peppers. I make escavitched fish with scotch bonnets. I have more problems with a pepperoni pizza from Domino's. I really do not have any reason to search out more hot. Also I do like Chinese red peppers for flavor but I don't bite those little rascals. Curry, no problem. I'm good.

This is too spicy. Somebody gave this to me a few months ago and I put only a few drops on a whole batch of wings. I almost called 911.

Most everything now days as my gut is teaching me a lesson in old age...

But even prior, If it's spicy, I want it to be with spicy flavor, not just hot for the sake of hot.

In my 20s/30s, not much. At some point I decided that heat wasn't a competition. I think I may have adulted.

Nothing spicier than mild salsa now. I routinely delete jalapeños from restaurant items. I don't miss the flavors.

I can't enjoy anything too spicy, that just obliterates the actual flavor of the food I'm eating.

So my comfort chile heat zone for anything
is Medium to Hot.

A few good example of my heat level, would be:

- chili pepper flakes in Hot Italian Sausage, or spicy Italian meat sauce,

For, Cajun, seafood, Latino food, and wings- regular Louisiana Hot, Crystal, or Frank's, with just a dash of Tabasco in there, is fine.

** i LOVE Taco Bell 'Hot' sauce packets ( not the 'Fire' ones)- I like using these on home, or other restaurant food ( delivery)

Lastly, I do NOT like Jalapeños!
It's not just the heat ( which is too hot for me), but I just don't like their flavor.

My adult sons are 180°different from me- they LOVE super Hot!

I know I'm 'Johnny Pepper Buzzkill'
